Today was a nice Sunday afternoon and we decided to pull the VW car cover from the Booger and let her rip a little 110 octane (in neutral…). We were pleased that she fired right up and ran excellent…you would never know that the last time she ran was July and right after a 500 mile race (well…355 miles for Two Larrys…). We have not yet put the roll cage back together where the overheated chromoly broke, but it’s on the to-do list. We apologize for the lack updates here – we’ve been busy raising funds for 2012! Haha…hope everyone is enjoying the end of their seasons, and we hope to see many of you at the VORRA Prairie City Halloween BBQ double-hitter at the end of October!
