Long course desert race, 300 miles. Class 11’s agreed to complete four laps. #1112 experienced technical difficulties – blown rotor, disconnected ground for oil fan, broken float, plugged main jet, overheating.

June 17-21, 2010 – Xtreme Outlaws @ Reno, NV
Long course desert race, 250 miles. Extremely rough course, many cars did not finish the race. #1112 broke a beam and the blown shock was hammering through the fender and wall. #1112 passed the start/finish 36 minutes ahead of the next Class 11 and made the decision to save the car by pulling out of the race afer the first lap.

Long course night desert race, 250 miles
Great fast course, start time at 6:30pm, Class 11’s were decided to make five 40 mile laps instead of six. #1112 ahead of next Class 11 by 52 minutes at finish.

September 4-6, 2010 – Desert Race @ Hawthorne, NV
Long course desert race, 225 miles
Start time at 8:00am, Class 11’s were decided to make three 55.4 mile laps instead of four due to the breakdown of the racecourse. More silt than we’ve faced before, both at the beginning and middle of course, last ten miles of course were rocky and rough. #1177 threw a rod in the prerun and did not race. #1112 ahead of #1107 by nearly an hour at finish and was missing a fender.
